Try to update the default resolver's nameservers using Discovery of Designated Resolvers (DDR). If successful, the resolver will subsequently use DNS-over-HTTPS or DNS-over-TLS for future queries. See :py:func:`dns.resolver.Resolver.try_ddr` for more information.
