\brief Add in an additional offset to the address of a dynamic Varnode The Varnode is ultimately read/written via LOAD/STORE operation AND has undergone a truncation operation, so an additional offset needs to get added to the pointer referencing the Varnode. \param op is the LOAD/STORE operation being generated \param vntpl is the dynamic Varnode
