The Varnode is assumed not fully linked. The read or write action is modeled by inserting a special \e user op that represents the action. The given Varnode is replaced by a temporary Varnode within the data-flow, and the original address becomes a parameter to the user op. \param vn is the given Varnode to model as volatile \return \b true if a change was made
