Composed *authored* customData for a Stage-world prim. UsdObject::GetCustomData merges in schema-fallback entries (USD 26 stamps userDocBrief on every typed prim definition), which would make HAS_CUSTOMDATA vacuously true — so the Stage-world fields read authored opinions only (still composed across layers).
