Returns the next line in `/proc/mounts` as a [Mount]. If there is a problem reading or parsing `/proc/mounts` returns an error. In the case of a parsing error we use [nom::Err::to_owned()] to allow the returned error to outlive `line`. See [Mounts::iter_mut()] for an analagous example using a mutable iterator.
