Processes pending load operations. Load operations include: Requesting asset metadata. Requesting asset data. Committing completed [`AssetLoadOp`]s. Updating the [`LoadStatus`]es of assets. Resolving active [`IndirectIdentifier`]s. # Parameters `asset_storage`: Storage for all assets of all asset types.
